Understand the communities you serve. Build programs that actually reach them.
We curate custom libraries from the lived experiences of the people your programs are designed to reach — giving your team a clear picture before program design or fundraising begins.
One project, in numbers
What one team did with the library.
A nonprofit was designing new programs to better serve adults with disabilities. They needed to understand the daily reality of the community — the friction, the workarounds, and the moments when people decide whether to engage with a service or walk away.
We curated a custom library from across the Social Lens Library's disabilities and adaptive life collection, organized around the specific life moments and decision points the nonprofit's programs were designed to address. The team used the video and the analyst brief to inform program design and to build the case for grant funding.
Four things we can do together.
Community understanding
Before designing a new program or service, we build a custom library from the lived experiences of the people you are trying to reach.
Donor insights
We curate collections from participants who describe why they give, why they stop, and what actually builds trust with a nonprofit.
Grant and funder support
We deliver real participant language and behavioral evidence you can use in grant proposals and funder presentations.
Communications briefs
We build collections your communications team can use to write about issues from a place of real understanding.
